Selling Added Value using Managed Print Services. - The Mental Models of MPS and an MPS panel discussion.
Managed Print Services has become one of the most talked-about topics in the imaging industry, with more players and more opportunities surfacing on an almost daily basis. With that said, many rechargers, dealers, and resellers are having a difficult time implementing the changes necessary to implement MPS, or in deciding to make the change at all. Why? Scott MacKenzie of West Point Products will spend an hour “thinking about thinking” by looking into the mental models, biases, and heuristics that prevent managers, employees, and customers from successfully making the transition to MPS, then suggest strategies to overcome these issues. MacKenzie will then be joined by Dennis Fotopoulos (Metrofuser), Frager and others have been asked to be on a panel which will discuss Managed Print Services. Will it help insure your future?
