How long is the cruise?
The cruise is three days and four nights. The ship will depart Ft. Lauderdale, FL at 5:00 PM Thursday, May 8 and return at 7:00 AM on Monday, May 12.

Is a cruise more expensive than a traditional trade show?
No. It can actually cost less than a traditional tradeshow. Below is a sample cost comparison.

What does the fare include?
The cruises includes food (three meals a day, plus room service), regular drinks (like coffee, tea, juice, iced tea and lemonade), entertainment, use of the ship's facilities, and accommodations. Gratuities have been included for the stateroom steward, head waiter and assistant waiter

What is not included?
Alcoholic beverages, soda pop, shore excursions, gambling, spa or beauty treatments, and personal items and gratuities for such items are not included.

Is child care available?
Child care is avalable as follows:

  1. Under the age of 2 must be accompanied by parent during daytime activities.
  2. Ages 3 and up are separated into various age groups and don’t require parental supervision.
  3. Group sitting in the evening is $5.00 per hour, per child. Parents must drop children off at designated sitting locations.
  4. Cabin Sitting is $8.00 per hour, per child.

Are there Internet services available on the ship?
Yes, there is an Internet Cafe where the Internet can be accessed for a per-minute fee.

How do I make a reservation?
Please call the Int'l ITC at702-838-4279 to make your reservations.

What happens if I have to cancel?
If you are canceling over 72 days in advance you will receive a refund, less a $200 booking fee per reservation. If you are canceling within 72 days of the cruise, there are no refunds.

How much do I have to pay when I book a cruise?
If you are booking the cruise over 72 days in advance we require a 50 percent deposit. Final payment must be received by February 28, 2008. Any reservations after February 28 must be paid in full at the time the reservation is made.

When should I book?
To receive early pricing discounts and to assure the room of your choice, you must book by February 28 2008. After that date, our guaranteed price will be released and will be subject to market value. Prices can be expected to rise $100-$200 and possibly even more after February 28.

If I arrive in Ft. Lauderdale before the date the cruise departs, where should I stay?
Anyone arriving before the cruise date should stay at hotels around the airport. Most of them have shuttle service to and from airport and to the cruise ship. The Hampton Inn and Hilton Gardens Inn are two in the area.

How do I get to the Pier Terminal from the Airport?
Directions from Fort Lauderdale International Airport:
Exit Airport and follow signs for US-1 North/ Port Everglades.
Exit leads into Eller Drive.
Follow the signs to your ships terminal.

Directions from Miami International Airport:
Take 836 East to I-95 North.
Exit I-95 North at 595 East.
Follow 595 to the end; then follow the Port Everglades signs.

Is there long-term parking if I drive to Ft. Lauderdale?
The guest parking facilities are located adjacent to the terminals at the Mid-Port garage and the North-Port parking garage. The parking fees are $12 per day for regular sized vehicles and $15 per day for oversized. Complimentary shuttles are offered for Pier 18 guests.

Is there transportation from the Ft. Lauderdale airport to the port?
Yes, Royal Caribbean has a free shuttle service that runs from the airport to the port. Shuttle pickup is outside baggage claim.

Can I expedite the boarding process?
Completing the Online Check-In process for all guests in your reservation will save you from having to fill out forms at the pier, which means your cruise vacation adventure can start right away. When you arrive at the pier, you'll just need your SetSail Pass, credit card for your onboard purchases and appropriate proof of citizenship and identification documentation to board and begin your adventure.

To complete your Online Check-In process, you'll need the reservation number, identification documents and emergency contact information for each guest you want to check in. The process must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the sailing (48 hours for sailings that do not depart from the United States/Canada).
